Webinar Schedules – June ’13
Howdy members! We’re glad to bring back the webinars this month which will result in more effective learning for all of us. This month we will go through rock & dance music production along with some email marketing lessons. So best get your DAWs all set up and your email marketing platform, (we recommend Mailchimp, because it’s free). This month we’ll probably use Google Hangout to run our webinars. Best get a gmail account for that purpose too.

What’s A Webinar?
Upcoming Webinar on 12th
A webinar is simply an online seminar. As long as you have a computer and an internet connection, you can log in and learn anywhere. Maybe head to Starbucks for a drink and learn some music production on your computer?
What Will You Learn?
This month we will go into Rock & Dance Production on your computer. You’ll learn how to record and produce music for the both genres mentioned! Plus, you’ll learn how to setup an email marketing campaign and start marketing your music or album to your fans!
In total you’ll be participating in 5 total webinars this month. By the end of the month you should be able to produce music right out from your computer and learn how to market to your fans effectively so they will buy your music.
If you miss a session, you can always watch a replay of the webinar. All our webinars are recorded so members that miss it can watch it again.
What Software Will Be Used & Taught?
By default, Studio One will be used during the lessons. You can try or buy Studio One from the Presonus website. However, it’s alright if you choose to use your own music softwares as the lessons taught would be applicable to all music softwares or DAWs. Many of our current students also their favorite softwares and that is perfectly fine.
You can use Logic, Cubase, Ableton Live, Pro Tools, Cakewalk & anything else while still be able to follow the lessons.
